So many investment opportunities right now. I just helped out a wholesaler. She was frustrated with a seller, her contract was up, Realtors wanted 5% to post it to MLS and she wanted to bail. I was able to walk through the numbers with her, give her some marketing ideas, and show her how she could earn $10,000 on that one sale. She got so excited, she got on the phone with Realtors, offered them 5% if they brought a buyer, and earned her $10,000 within 1/2 hour. This from wanting to bail, because she was frustrated with the seller. Just because I don't do wholesaling, doesn't mean that I don't know how to help someone else do it!
Happy holidays!
